Golf Apartment 421, ‘Las Salinas’ is set in lovely landscaped
gardens, This two bedroom, two bathroom beautiful apartment sleeping
four to six people, is located in a small exclusive development
by the village of Villamartin. It has easy access to renowned golf
courses and lovely beaches whilst being only minutes’ drive
from magnificent Spanish countryside with orange and lemon groves
in abundance and old traditional villages.
This luxury apartment accommodates four people in the two twin
bedrooms, both of which have built in wardrobes, plus a double sofa
bed in the lounge provides additional accommodation for a further
one or two people. This makes it a flexible choice for families,
friends or a group of golfing enthusiasts.
There are marble floors throughout, with marble wall tiles to
both the bathrooms and the kitchen; this, in addition to its being
fully air-conditioned, creates a welcome coolness from the summer
heat. For those seeking an Autumn/Winter break when temperatures
are not so high there is a full central heating system.
The apartment is fitted throughout to a very high standard in
an attractive, luxuriously decorated Moorish style. There is a very
spacious lounge where can be found Cable TV, DVD and CD player with
a selection of DVD’s and CD’s: additional DVD’s
can, of course, be rented out locally. A dining area to comfortably
seat six people completes the picture. A terrace, complete with
BBQ and patio furniture for six, leads off from the lounge. There
is a further terrace leading from the second bedroom, with truly
lovely views over the gardens.
The kitchen has all modern appliances with top-of-the range Siemens
equipment, including oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave
and large fridge freezer. As you would expect, all small domestic
appliances are supplied, kettle, toaster, blender etc. It is equally
well equipped with more than ample supplies of crockery, glassware,
cutlery and so on. The utility room too has Siemens appliances,
consisting of a washing machine and tumble drier, and all other
laundry necessities. All bed linen and towels, including beach towels,
are supplied aplenty.
At night, the gardens are enchantingly lit when you look out over
the balconies, whether you have prepared dinner at home or walked
from one of the local restaurants or bars in Villamartin, where
can be found a huge variety of cuisines at prices to suit all pockets.
The swimming pool with its own small water feature is a great attraction
for both adults and children.
It is a fully secure site with remote control gates to allocated
underground parking, CCTV, and a private security system to all
apartments. There are lifts to all floors so it is completely disabled
friendly.
Due to delays caused by the Spanish Telephone company there is
currently no landline so it is recommended that a suitable mobile
phone be taken or purchased locally at very low cost. Regretfully
pets are not allowed and smoking is only permitted outside.
