Apartment ‘Las Salinas’ is located at the exclusive
Natura Golf development at Villamartin a busy village principally
made famous by its golf courses just 3 km inland from the Murcian
coast. In addition to the famous Villamartin Golf course there are
also the Las Ramblas and Campoamor courses within 5 minutes; all
are world class standard, some are gentler than others.
It is very easily accessed along the recently completed A37 motorway
from Alicante Airport to the North and Murcia-San Javier to the
south a short 25 minutes drive to the apartment.
Within walking distance of the apartment is Villamartin’s
impressive central Plaza, with its towering palms and flocks of
parrots and other exotic birds, offering a wide range of bars, cafes
and restaurants. There is a cuisine to suit every palate and pocket,
from the very good British food at the ever popular Eduardo’s
and Fairways to German, Thai, and Chinese, whilst ‘Fusion’
offers Italian/American. Check out prices though as they can vary
a great deal even from lunch to dinner. Breakfast can be a real
bargain at some places. Villamartin is also well served with banks,
cash-points and a small supermarket. A short two minute drive into
Las Filipinas will give access to a 24 hour shop, more restaurants
and some excellent bars.
Heading towards the coast at La Zenia and Cap Roig, a couple of
minutes drive away are larger supermarkets and banks and of course
more restaurants and bars. This area also gives access to the lovely
beaches that this area is famous for and are well sign posted.
Head East for the golf, bright lights, beaches and bars but head
West for the traditional Spain of the interior with its more unhurried
pace of life. The apartment is ideally suited for both.
