Both properties are equipped to the highest standard and are very close to magnificent beaches, perfect for families or groups of friends. For the golf enthusiast there are choices galore. In Florida there are some two dozen courses within a few miles. The Murcian coast is similarly endowed with courses varying from the gentle to the distinctly challenging. In both Spain and USA there are all the amenities you would associate with such properties having numerous shops, restaurants and bars close by.

As a small family concern we are most keen to ensure that our guests’ time away, whether it be a short break, a full length holiday or a long term stay, is absolutely perfect. These two properties, and two further holiday homes joining them in 2007, have been chosen with this as our sole aim.

Careful thought has also been given to the question of security, ever an increasing priority these days. The Florida villa is situated in a Deed Restricted area, thus ensuring a friendly and safe environment - even the Sheriff lives here! The Natura Golf apartment is in a walled development with its own internal security system.

From 2007 Hiburn Holidays will be able to offer two further stunning properties. One is a fully fitted condominium in the heart of Orlando, central to Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and the many other attractions that make the area so popular.

The second is a penthouse apartment at the the prestigious Roda Golf and Beach Resort by the Spanish Murcian coast which is on schedule to complete in late spring 2007. It will boast an exclusive Beach Club, including direct access to the Mar Menor lagoon beach, restaurant, water sports, swimming pools and solariums: and all these in addition to having Sam Torrence as Course Captain!
